Join us for a unique showcooking experience as part of The Hygeia Legacy - SPICES project, granted by the Council of Europe under the European Heritage Days 2024-2025 framework. This cross-border events are organized by Aromas Itinerarium Salutis - The European Route of Historic Pharmacies and Medicinal Gardens - Cultural Route of the Council of Europe. The event in Romania is organized in collaboration with Academia Romana (Cluj-Napoca Branch), the National Museum of Transylvanian History and the Pharmacy Museum of Cluj-Napoca. During the event, the local community will showcase traditional recipes made with medicinal plants, followed by interviews to gather stories for an Oral Memory Archive on the traditional culinary, medicinal, and ritual uses of aromatic and medicinal plants.
