"Aromas Itinerarium Salutis"

The Annual Forum “Aromas Itinerarium Salutis” is the international event that brings together each year the members of the AIS Association, responsible for the management of the European Route of Historic Pharmacies and Medicinal Gardens, certified as a Cultural Route of the Council of Europe.

Hosted every year in a different location of the network, the Forum is a dynamic space for dialogue, planning and exchange among cultural, scientific and institutional actors engaged in the enhancement of Europe’s heritage linked to healing, historic medicine and botanical knowledge.

The event is open to all: professionals, scholars, students, cultural operators, institutional representatives, young researchers and creatives passionate about the Route’s themes. Its goal is to strengthen cooperation within the AIS network, foster intercultural and interinstitutional dialogue, and engage new generations in the enhancement of European heritage.

The Forum promotes the exchange of experiences and good practices joint projects, welcomes new members and contributes to the growth of a participatory cultural model based on sustainability, research, innovation and accessibility, in line with the values of the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe programme.
