Los Itinerarios Culturales del Consejo de Europa que atraviesan la Región Toscana: perspectivas y accesibilidad

As part of the IV International Festival of Diversity of Cultural Expressions “The World in Florence”, the conference “The Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe Across Tuscany: Perspectives and Accessibility” was held, curated by Dr. Roberta Alberotanza, Coordinator of the Cultural Routes Section at ECHE Lab, University of Reggio Calabria, and hosted by the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation at Palazzo Coppini.

Objectives and Perspectives

The conference represented an opportunity to start the census of the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe present in Tuscany and also laid the foundation for a future International Conference to be included in the 2025 edition of the Festival. The upcoming meeting will focus on the role of cultural routes in promoting diversity, intercultural dialogue, inclusivity, and accessibility, as well as the promotion of sustainability in its broadest sense.

Aromas Itinerarium Salutis

Aromas Itinerarium Salutis participó en el evento con la presentación de María Luisa Vázquez de Ágredos, directora de la asociación, titulada “Farmacias Históricas y Jardines Medicinales en Toscana: perspectivas y sinergias futuras”. La intervención destacó la posibilidad de integrar las antiguas farmacias en Toscana y los jardines medicinales dentro de los Itinerarios Culturales del Consejo de Europa, fortaleciendo las sinergias entre el patrimonio regional y la red internacional.

El programa

El Festival “The World in Florence” incluyó, además de las sesiones científicas, espacios dedicados a la presentación de itinerarios diseñados por jóvenes de universidades italianas y extranjeras. Estos itinerarios fueron desarrollados en simbiosis con la filosofía Life Beyond Tourism® de la Fundación, con el objetivo de realzar el genius loci de las comunidades locales.
